About Squario
Built from real delivery work.
Squario is made by Mathieu Schifflers and Sacha Dos Santos. It started as the system we needed for our own client work, and The Square still runs on it every day.
Why we built it
Small businesses were still carrying critical operations across spreadsheets and ageing tools. Sales had one version of a client, production another, and the margin only became clear once the work was finished.
We spent years delivering custom software and operational systems for teams like that. Squario is what those years left us with: one record from lead to margin, a workspace that’s ready on day one, and room to build the parts that make each business different.

Squario began with a simple observation: small businesses were still carrying critical operations across spreadsheets and ageing tools.
Years of client delivery work became a reusable operational core: custom objects, role-based views, workflows and real margin visibility.
That delivery experience became a product: one workspace, ready on day one, and extended with custom apps when the work demands it.
Squario opens to other businesses, with self-serve plans, Squaria and the MCP server.
