Forms

Checking availability

Every answer lands where your team already works.

Publish intake questionnaires, contact requests and event sign-ups on a public link. Each submission arrives as a record, ready to create a lead or start an automation.

Answers that arrive as records, not emails

Each submission is saved as a record in the form’s own table, so nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be copied over. A submission can create a lead, start an automation and notify the right members, and your team picks it up from there.

Illustrative data

Build the form your process needs

Lay out the form page by page and choose the fields your process asks for, from short text and choices to dates, file uploads and drawings. Add content blocks between questions, and show a question only when an earlier answer calls for it.

  • Page by page

Split a long intake into short pages, so people answer one topic at a time.

  • Fields for every answer

Text, choices, dates, file uploads, drawings and more, all in the same builder.

  • Questions that adapt

Show a question only when an earlier answer makes it relevant.

  • Content blocks and endings

Explain a step with a content block, and close on a screen that says what happens next.

Easy to share, hard to spam

Every form has a public link that works without an account. People can answer in their own language, hidden fields record where they came from, and bot checks keep junk out of your workspace.

  • A public link, no account

Share the link by email or from your website, and nobody needs an account to answer.

  • Multi-language forms

Translate a form and share the version that suits each audience.

  • Hidden fields and prefill

Store UTM tags, referrer or page URL with each answer, and prefill known answers securely.

  • Spam stays out

Cloudflare Turnstile, a honeypot field and per-IP throttling filter out bots.

A week of answers, already in place

Three ordinary moments when a form does the collecting, and your team starts from a record instead of an inbox.

  • Before the first call

The brief is filled in before Léa calls.

A brand fills in the project intake linked from your website. The submission arrives with the budget range and brand files, the lead is created, and Léa opens the call with real questions.

  • Open studio week

    One sign-up link, two languages.

Inès shares the open studio sign-up in French and Dutch. Every answer lands as a record, so on the day she filters guests by session instead of merging spreadsheets.

  • Monday morning

Each new lead comes with its source.

Tom reviews last week’s submissions. Hidden fields kept the UTM tags of every answer, so he can see which newsletter brought in the new leads without asking around.

Questions about forms

Do people need an account to answer?
No. A form opens from its public link, and people answer without signing up. Your team works with the submissions inside the workspace.
How do you keep spam out?
Public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection, a honeypot field and per-IP throttling, so automated submissions are filtered out.
Can a form create leads on its own?
Yes. A submission can create a lead, trigger an automation and notify members. The answers are also kept as a record of the form.
Which plans include forms?
Forms are included on paid plans. The Free plan doesn’t include them.
