CRM

Know every client and what comes next.

Companies, contacts and leads linked together, with every call, meeting and note on the record and a reminder for the next step.

A CRM that fits the way you work with clients

Squario keeps the organizations and people you work with in one workspace, linked together. A company page gathers its contacts, deals, activities, notes and documents. Leads stay apart until they are qualified, and every list can be filtered, grouped and saved the way your team reads it.

Illustrative data

Companies, contacts and leads, linked together

Each company page gathers its contacts, deals, activities, notes and documents. Leads stay apart from real opportunities until your team qualifies them, then turn into deals when they are ready.

  • One page per company

Contacts, deals, activities, notes and documents sit in tabs on the company page.

  • Leads, qualified properly

Leads come in by hand or from a public form, get qualified, then convert into deals.

  • Duplicates flagged early

Duplicate detection flags likely duplicate contacts, with settings you control.

  • Fields for the way you work

Add custom fields, from dates to formulas, and filter or report on them like native ones.

Every conversation logged, every list your way

Log calls, meetings, emails and notes on the record, with outcomes and reminders. Save the views your team needs, and use tags, followers and @mentions so the right person sees the right record.

  • Calls and notes on the record

Six activity types are ready, with outcomes for calls, meetings and emails.

  • Reminders that come back

Due activities come back as reminders, and the calendar view lays out your week.

  • Your calendar alongside

Connect Google or Microsoft calendars read-only and see events next to your activities.

  • Saved views for every team

Filter, sort and group any list on any field, then save it as a view to come back to.

What changes in a normal week

Three ordinary moments where the record does the remembering, so your team can stay on the client.

  • Monday, 9:00

The week starts from what is due.

The account manager opens the calendar view: today’s calls and follow-ups, next to the meetings already in their Google calendar. Each one opens on the record, last note included.

  • Right after a call

The outcome is logged before the next call.

The prospect wants a proposal by Friday. The call goes on the record with its outcome, a reminder is set for Thursday, and a colleague is @mentioned to prepare the figures.

  • A new enquiry

A form submission becomes a qualified lead.

Someone fills in your public contact form. A lead appears in the workspace with the answers linked, and your team qualifies it, assigns an owner and converts it when it is real.

Questions about CRM

Does Squario sync my Gmail or Outlook inbox?
No. You log emails as activities on the record. Google and Microsoft calendars connect read-only, so events show next to your activities.
Can leads come in from our website?
Yes, on paid plans. Publish a Squario form, link to it from your site, and each submission can create a lead.
Can I add my own fields?
Yes, on paid plans. Custom fields, including dates, references and formulas, can be filtered, grouped and reported on like native ones.
Who can see which records?
Roles decide who can read or change what, down to individual fields. Squaria, the built-in assistant, follows the same rules as the person using it.
