Client portal
Checking availabilityComing soonInvite clients to their own space to follow progress, open the documents you share and approve deliverables, with access you set client by client.
Clients stop chasing you for updates or digging through attachments. Invite them with an emailed code and they get their own space, separate from your workspace: their projects, the documents you share and the deliverables waiting for their approval. You decide what each one sees.

Clients aren’t workspace members. You invite them with an emailed code, they claim their identity, and from then on they sign in to their own portal. Each grant decides what they can open, and the server checks it on every request.

Send an invitation and the client receives a code by email to claim their access.

The client enters the code, confirms who they are and lands on their portal home.

Each client sees only what you grant, project by project, and nothing else in your workspace.

Clients sign in to the portal, separate from your members, and only active members are billed.
The portal home lists each client’s projects. From there they open a project’s detail, the documents you’ve shared and the deliverables waiting for them, and every approval they give shows on the project.

Clients follow where each project stands without asking you for a status email.

Share the files a client needs and keep the rest of the project internal.

When a client approves a deliverable in the portal, the decision shows on the project.

On paid plans, custom apps can add their own pages to the portal.
Three moments in a project where the portal replaces a status email or a lost attachment.

Claire reviews the logo concepts with Paul at her desk, then approves them in the portal. Sofia sees the approval on P-118 and moves the identity work forward that afternoon.

Before inviting Kessler Logistik, Jonas checks the grants: one project and its shared documents, nothing from other clients. The server enforces it on every request.
