Drive

Checking availability

Keep every file next to the work it belongs to.

Store your team’s files in personal and shared folders, choose who can view, edit or manage each one, and find a record’s documents on its own Files tab.

One place for the files your team works on

Drive is your workspace’s file storage. Each member has personal folders, the team shares the rest, and roles decide who can view, edit or manage a folder or a single file. Deleted something by mistake? It goes to the trash, and you can restore it from there.

Illustrative data

Decide who sees, edits and manages each file

Keep drafts in personal folders and the team’s work in shared ones. Give a folder, or a single file, the roles it needs: viewer, editor or manager. And when something is deleted by mistake, restore it from the trash.

  • Personal and shared folders

Keep drafts in your own folders and the team’s work in shared ones.

  • Viewer, editor or manager

Three roles decide who can open a folder, who can change it and who manages it.

  • Roles on a single file

Set roles on one file, not only on a whole folder, when a document needs it.

  • Trash with restore

Deleted files go to the trash, so a wrong click is easy to undo.

Files that stay next to the work

A record’s documents sit on its Files tab, and your own data models can have one too. Squaria sees file names but never reads what is inside, and storage is one pool for the whole workspace, sized by your plan.

  • A Files tab on records

Open a company and its documents are right there, on its Files tab.

  • Files on your own tables

Turn on files for a data model, and each of its records can hold its own files.

  • Names, never contents

Squaria can see file names and details, but it never reads what is inside.

  • Stored with your workspace

Files stay in your workspace, hosted in Switzerland, in one storage pool sized by your plan.

Files in the right place, all week

Three ordinary moments when the file your team needs is already where the work is, open to the right people.

  • Before the client review

The latest mockups are where everyone looks.

Léa adds the final homepage mockups to the shared Delcourt folder. Tom can edit them, Max can view them, and nobody has to ask which email has the right version.

  • Before a client call

The client’s files, on the client’s record.

Inès opens Helix Biotech and finds the brief and last quarter’s report on its Files tab, without digging through folders or searching her inbox.

  • Friday, 17:40

A deleted deck, back before Monday.

Jonas clears out an old folder and takes the Parc Léopold Events deck with it. The deck is waiting in the trash, so he restores it and Monday’s pitch goes ahead as planned.

No. Squaria can see file names and details, but it never reads file contents.
Can clients see our Drive?
No. Drive is for your workspace members. Clients see the documents you share with them in the client portal.
