Squaria

Checking availability

Ask your workspace, and act on the answer.

Squaria finds records, answers with charts and makes changes after you confirm. It runs as you, with your permissions, one shortcut away: ⌘J or Ctrl+J.

An assistant that works inside the work

Squaria lives in the workspace your team already uses. It sees the records you can open, and nothing your role hides from you. Ask a question and the answer comes with figures and a chart. Ask for a change and Squaria shows it first, then waits for your yes.

Illustrative data

Ask in plain words, get figures back

Search the workspace the way you would ask a colleague. Squaria finds the records, counts and sums them, and answers quantitative questions with a chart. It also explains how Squario works, from the built-in help.

  • Find records in plain words

Type or dictate what you need and Squaria returns the matching companies, deals or tasks.

  • Answers that come with a chart

Ask how many deals you won each month and get the figure and the chart in one reply.

  • Explains the product

Not sure how something works in Squario? Squaria answers from the built-in help.

  • Speak instead of typing

Use the microphone to dictate a question when typing is not practical.

Changes you confirm, a workspace you shape

Ask Squaria to create, update, move or archive records and it shows the change before applying it. It can also reshape what you see: filters, views, record pages, kanban cards and dashboards.

  • Changes after your yes

Squaria shows the record, the field and the new value, then waits for you to confirm.

  • Views and record pages

Change filters, sorting, grouping or columns, save a view, or rearrange a record page.

  • Replies to comments

Squaria can reply to a comment on a record, so a quick question gets its answer in the thread.

  • Dashboards by asking

Describe the report you need and Squaria drafts the dashboard next to a live preview.

Squaria in a working week

Small questions and routine changes, handled where the work already is.

  • Monday, 9:00

The pipeline review starts with one question.

Before the weekly sales review, the account manager asks which deals have not moved in two weeks. Squaria lists them with their owners and a chart by stage.

  • After a client call

Three follow-ups, created in one go.

Inès dictates the open points from the call. Squaria drafts a task for each, with an owner and a due date, and creates them once she confirms.

  • Friday afternoon

A weekly report, built by describing it.

The studio lead describes what she checks every Friday: hours by project, budgets used, deals won. Squaria drafts the dashboard beside a live preview, and she keeps it.

Questions about Squaria

Can Squaria see everything in our workspace?
No. It runs as you, with your role’s permissions and field restrictions. It sees file names in Drive but never reads file contents.
Does Squaria change data on its own?
No. It shows the change it proposes and applies it only after you confirm.
How is Squaria metered?
In AI credits. A message to Squaria or a reply to a comment uses 1 credit, from a monthly allowance shared by the workspace. Credit packs top it up and never expire.
Which AI model does Squaria use?
Squaria uses OpenAI models, called from Squario’s servers. Like any AI it can make mistakes, which is why it asks before it changes anything.
