Dashboards

Checking availability

The numbers your team runs on, always up to date.

Build dashboards over deals, projects, time, expenses or your own tables. Pick a metric, a chart and a filter, or ask Squaria to draft it next to a live preview.

Reports built from the work itself

Every widget reads the records your team already keeps: deals, projects, time entries, expenses, custom fields and your own tables. Choose what to measure, how to split it and what to leave out. Nobody rebuilds a spreadsheet on Friday, and everyone sees the same figures.

Illustrative data

Any record type, any field, any split

A widget starts from a record type: deals, projects, time entries, expenses or a table you built. Add a metric, split it by a dimension and filter out what you don’t need. Custom fields work exactly like native ones.

  • Six ways to measure

Count, sum, average, minimum, maximum or median, on any number or currency field.

  • Split and filter

Group by owner, stage, client or month, then keep only the records that matter.

  • Custom fields included

Report on the fields you added yourself, the same way as on the built-in ones.

  • Or describe it to Squaria

Say what you want to see and Squaria drafts the widgets next to a live preview.

Clear charts that keep themselves current

Choose KPI, bar, line, area, donut or pivot. Set the labels and colours, keep the top five and fold the rest into Others. Click any bar to open the records behind it, and let the dashboard refresh on its own.

  • Six chart types

KPI, bar, line, area, donut and pivot, all built on the same metric and dimension.

  • Drill into any number

Click a bar or a slice to open the records behind it, already filtered.

  • Top five, then Others

Rank by value, keep the ones that matter and group the rest under Others.

  • Auto-refresh and present mode

Refresh every 1, 5 or 15 minutes and show the dashboard full screen in the room.

A week of decisions on current figures

Three moments where a live dashboard replaces the spreadsheet someone used to rebuild by hand.

  • Monday, 9:00

The pipeline review starts on the studio TV.

Present mode puts the sales dashboard full screen and refreshes it every five minutes. When Tom moves a deal to Won during the review, the total on the wall moves with it.

  • For the operations lead

Hours by client, without a timesheet export.

Inès groups this month’s time entries by client and sees Delcourt pulling ahead. One click on the bar opens the entries behind it, filtered and ready to check.

  • End of the quarter

A new report, described in one sentence.

Léa asks Squaria for won deals by owner this quarter, top five and the rest under Others. The draft appears next to a live preview, and she changes the colours before saving.

Questions about dashboards

Can I report on custom fields and my own tables?
Yes. Widgets work over any record type, including the data models you build, and custom fields behave like native ones.
Which currency do totals use?
Your workspace’s reporting currency. Amounts in other currencies are converted before they are added up, with exchange rates fetched automatically.
Can Squaria build a dashboard for me?
Yes. Describe what you want to see and Squaria drafts the dashboard next to a live preview. It works with your permissions, so it only uses data your role can read.
Are dashboards included on the Free plan?
Yes. Every plan includes dashboards, and paid plans let you build more of them.
