Proposals

Checking availability

Proposals your clients read, then sign off.

Scopify turns a brief into a branded scope with pricing and terms, shares it behind an access code and records your client’s sign-off. AI can write the first draft.

Scoping and proposals, tied to the deal

Each scope lives on its deal. Build it from blocks and templates, let the pricing summary add up as you write, and attach your terms. When you publish, the terms are snapshotted, your client gets a private link, and you see when they last opened it.

Illustrative data

Write the scope from blocks, not a blank page

Start from a template or let AI draft from the brief, then edit block by block. Block groups hold the work you sell most, the pricing summary adds up as you go, and your terms come from a reusable template.

  • Templates and block groups

Reuse the sections you sell most, grouped and categorized, instead of copying old files.

  • A first draft from the brief

AI writes a first draft from your brief, and you edit it before anything is shared.

  • A pricing summary that adds up

Prices from every block roll into a summary beside the document as you write.

  • Your terms, frozen at publish

Terms and conditions templates are snapshotted onto the scope when you publish it.

Shared safely, approved on the record

Send a private link protected by an emailed six-digit code, a password or both. You see views and the last visit, your client signs off in the browser, and later changes are approved or rejected one by one.

  • A link only your client opens

Protect the link with an emailed code, a password or both, then see views and last visit.

  • Sign-off with evidence behind it

Each approval is stored with a timestamp, IP address, browser and a signature hash.

  • Amendments, one by one

Propose changes after publishing, and your client approves or rejects each one.

  • From won scope to project

When the scope is won, create the project from it in one step.

From the brief to the kick-off

Three moments in a proposal’s life where Scopify keeps the document, the price and the client’s answer in one place.

  • After the discovery call

The first draft is ready before lunch.

The account manager adds the brief, lets AI draft the scope, then swaps in the usual website block group and checks the pricing summary on the side.

  • Waiting for an answer

You know the client opened it twice.

Instead of asking whether the proposal arrived, the team sees the view count and the last visit, and calls the client with the right questions in mind.

  • The client says yes

    Sign-off recorded, project created.

The client enters the emailed code and approves in the browser. The approval is stored with its evidence, and the won scope becomes the project in one step.

Questions about proposals

Is a Scopify sign-off legally binding?
Scopify records your client’s approval with a timestamp, IP address, browser and a signature hash. It isn’t a qualified electronic signature; if a contract needs one, use a dedicated e-signature service.
Does my client need a Squario account?
No. They open a private link with an emailed six-digit code, a password, or both.
Can I change a scope after publishing it?
Yes, with amendments. You propose each change, and your client approves or rejects it on its own.
Which plans include Scopify?
Scopify documents are included on paid plans. Each AI first draft uses AI credits from your workspace’s shared pool.
