Squario is provided by The Square Enterprises FZ-LLC, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, Corporate Tax TRN 105393737900001 (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of the Squario app at app.squar.io, its public share pages and related services (“Squario”). By creating an account or using Squario, you accept these terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you’re authorised to bind it, and “you” means that organisation.
- 3.1
You need an account to use Squario. Keep your sign-in details confidential and turn on two-factor authentication where you can. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
- 3.2
Work happens in workspaces. The person who creates a workspace, or anyone given that role, administers it: they invite members, assign roles and permissions, and choose the plan.
- 3.3
You can invite your clients to a client portal. Clients aren’t workspace members and only see what you grant them.
- 4.1
The Free plan is free for one member, with the limits shown on our pricing page. It has no time limit. There is no separate free trial.
- 4.2
Paid plans are billed per active member of the workspace, monthly or yearly, in advance. When members join or leave, your subscription is adjusted automatically. Pending invitations aren’t billed until they’re accepted.
- 4.3
Prices are shown in euros on our pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where the law requires.
- 4.4
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us, through Stripe, to charge the payment method you provide for each billing period.
- 4.5
Promotion codes and partner discounts are applied at checkout when they’re valid. A partner discount can’t be combined with another promotion code.
- 4.6
We may change our prices or plans. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription, and it will apply from your next billing period.
- 4.7
Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid aren’t refundable.
- 5.1
You can change plan at any time from your workspace’s billing settings.
- 5.2
Plans have limits, for example on the number of automations or data models. If you reach a limit, nothing you’ve already created is deleted or locked; you can’t add more until you upgrade or free up room.
- 5.3
To return to the Free plan, cancel your paid subscription in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- 6.1
Squaria, AI drafting in Scopify and the MCP server use AI credits. Each workspace receives a monthly allowance that depends on its plan; it resets every billing period and doesn’t roll over.
- 6.2
You can buy credit packs on any plan. Purchased credits don’t expire and are used only after your monthly allowance runs out. Credit packs aren’t refundable.
- 6.3
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before you rely on it. Squaria asks for your confirmation before it creates, updates, archives or moves records, and it acts only within your permissions.
- 6.4
AI requests are processed by our AI provider as described in our privacy policy.
If you connect an AI client or another third-party tool to Squario, for example over MCP, that tool acts with your permissions and its own terms apply to it. You’re responsible for the tools you connect.
- 8.1
Custom apps can add pages, data, automations and integrations to your workspace. Before you install an app, Squario shows the permissions it asks for. Apps published by third parties are provided by them, under their own terms.
- 8.2
Some features are offered in early access. They may change, be limited or be withdrawn, and they come without any commitment on availability.
- 8.3
Custom builds by The Square are agreed separately, in a written proposal that sets out the scope and the price.
You agree not to: break the law or anyone’s rights with Squario; upload malware, or try to break, overload or probe our systems without our permission; access workspaces or accounts that aren’t yours; use Squario to send spam; resell Squario or provide it to others as a standalone service without our written agreement; or use Squario to build a competing product. We may suspend access that puts Squario, our users or others at risk.
- 10.1
You keep all rights to the content you and your team put into Squario (“your data”). You give us the rights we need to host, process and display it in order to provide Squario to you.
- 10.2
Where your data includes personal data about other people, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, as described in our privacy policy. You’re responsible for having a legal basis for that data.
- 10.3
You can export data from Squario and delete your workspace at any time. When a workspace is deleted, its data and stored files are purged; copies in backups may remain for a limited time until they are overwritten.
- 10.4
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data about you.
Squario, its software, its design and its brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms don’t transfer any of those rights to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
We work to keep Squario available and secure, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we don’t offer a service-level agreement unless we agree one in writing. We may carry out maintenance and change or improve features. Support is provided by email at hello@squar.io.
- 13.1
Squario is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.
- 13.2
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of goodwill.
- 13.3
Our total liability for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for Squario in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or €100 if you only use the Free plan.
- 13.4
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
- 14.1
You can stop using Squario and delete your workspace at any time.
- 14.2
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if you don’t pay, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we’ll warn you first and give you time to export your data.
- 14.3
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, such as liability and governing law, continue to apply.
We may update these terms. We’ll tell you about significant changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Squario after that date, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can cancel before then.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute with The Square Enterprises FZ-LLC, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
